Update, spoke to a more reputable debt collection company in Manchester tonight, I didn’t even have to mention the company they already new about them, it appears that they already have a string of county court judgements so if you have the same problems with them my advice is don’t bother taking them to court save your money and put it to a much better use, I have decided to cost their company the £2350.00 they cost me. Please do watch this space. By the way if the company wants me to stop contacting them its simple give me the money back.
